Electronic Press Kit (EPK)
A 20-minute Beta SP tape (or DVD, CD-ROM) that contains:
A one-minute 20-second news story (called a "package") that is written, edited, narrated and ready for air on network and local newscasts. A NAT sound version (minus narration) of the package is included - for stations that want their OWN LOCAL TALENT to voice-over the story.
Selected sound-bites are provided on the EPK for producers and reporters who want to write the story themselves.
Raw footage (or B-roll) showing product demonstrations, locations, construction, live stage performances, behind the scenes footage and much more.
Video News Release (VNR)
A Video News Release (VNR) containing raw footage and sound bites from special events (press conferences, charity events, opening nights, product launch, etc.) that is dubbed and delivered in time for that night's local newscasts. Channel X, Y or Z doesn't have a crew available? Give them a raw handout that they can edit into a 30-second VO and sound bite to fit their show. That video also would be delivered to network and local morning shows. The VNR and raw elements may also be distributed by satellite.
Book suites at a hotel for one camera or two-camera interviews. The client schedules the time and length of the interview. A publicist -- or a member of our team -- is posted at each interview to keep things moving. Interviews are routed into one room where a technician oversees quality control. Tapes are organized and given to interviewers when they leave.
Videotape your live group-sales presentations so they can be edited and transferred onto a master DVD with chapters for mass duplication and distribution.
Create buzz on your website with a two-to-three minute video demonstration of your product, interviews, performance clips, behind the scenes footage, etc.
Single or Multi-camera remotes shot in any format.
Satellite Media Tours
Satellite Media Tours (SMTs) are one-on-one satellite interviews with a series of pre-booked television reporters across the country or around the globe. SMTs are usually booked in a studio but can be conducted in the field.
Most recently we shot material for a 45-minute TV doc called "Interpreting for the Theatre" commissioned by the Theatre Development Fund.
